LaGuardia Airport is small, but it can get cramped and busy. So it’s good to have the right knowledge about what’s available there and how to navigate the area. That way, you’ll be able to let the stress of being there roll right off your back. Here’s our guide to what LaGuardia has to offer in terms of amenities, accommodations, and transportation.

SHUTTLES

Two different shuttle services can help you get to your terminal faster. Route A stops at all terminals and runs every 10-15 minutes between 4:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Route B stops at all terminals except Marine Air Terminal and Delta Shuttle. Its buses run every 10-15 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

INTERNET ACCESS

LaGuardia’s Wi-Fi is operated through Boingo. Hourly fees are $4.95, while a daily pass is $7.95. If you’re taking a Delta flight, you’ll probably be able to access the Internet through one of the many iPads installed throughout the terminals.

LOUNGES & CLUBS

The LaGuardia airport offers four lounges in total: United Airlines and American Airlines in Terminal B, and two Delta Sky Clubs in Terminals C and D. Each offers complimentary snacks, drinks, and Wi-Fi access, in addition to selling alcoholic beverages.

AIRPORT HOTELS

There are several nearby hotels where you can stay if you don’t want to face a long commute to and from the airport, or if you get bumped from a late-night flight at the last minute.

COURTYARD MARRIOT

This hotel offers free Wi-Fi and comfortable rooms to relax in. Business services include fax and copy services, as well as a business center for all your work-related needs. Airport information is broadcast on special electronic display boards in the lobby, so you’ll always be up to date on what’s going on with your flight.

NEW YORK LAGUARDIA AIRPORT MARRIOTT

Another excellent Marriott choice, this hotel offers double-paned soundproof windows and special panels for plugging in your devices to your rooms 32-inch flat-screen television. Its business amenities include fax service, copy service, and a fully equipped business center so that you can attend to all your work tasks without ever missing a beat.

LAGUARDIA AIRPORT HOTEL

This business caters to its airport-bound guests by letting them print out their boarding passes at the front desk. But until then, visitors can enjoy amenities such as the free breakfast and health club access. The hotel offers printing, faxing, and copying services, and each room comes with a Herman Miller ® Aeron® chair for keeping business travelers comfortable while they work.

TRANSPORTATION

Another way to make your LaGuardia Airport experience better is to book car service to pick you up.
