DINE LIKE THE STARS: EAT OUT IN NYC

DO YOU WANT TO EAT LIKE THE STARS IN NYC?

Have you ever wondered where the stars eat in New York City? Have you ever wondered which restaurants attract celebrities every night, with amazing food and even better atmosphere? With the holidays comes the opportunity to plan a special night out in the city, take advantage of the festive atmosphere, spend some time with a loved one, and make reservations at a popular haunt for celebs in the big city.

When you’re dining like a celebrity, it makes sense to travel like a celebrity, too. That’s why your trip to the city needs a great New York car service to handle the transportation. Pulling up to a snazzy restaurant in a pristine executive limousine is a great way to make an entrance and have fun at the same time.

Here’s our list of restaurants in New York City where the stars eat.

BALTHAZAR

80 Spring Street, New York, NY

For the past 17 years, the owners of Balthazar on Spring Street have been serving traditional bistro fare from early morning to late night. Celebrities have been frequenting this intimate restaurant for years, as its food and its atmosphere are one-of-a-kind. Because of its status, you’ll need a reservation to dine, and we suggest making the reservation at least one day in advance. Without a reservation, you might be waiting upwards of an hour to be seated.

LE CIRQUE

151 East 58th Street, New York, NY

Renowned for their innovation and excellence in creating amazing cuisine, it’s no surprise that the Le Cirque restaurant, located in the Beacon Court on East 58th Street, has attracted many celebrities during its time. Their menu features items like beef strip loin, lamb rack, foie gras confit and much more. They have a variety of prix fixe dinners to choose from as well, as well as a special four-course menu during the holiday season.

BACARO

136 Division Street, New York, NY

Stars like Jennifer Lawrence and Katy Perry have been spotted at this Division Street restaurant, whose menu teems with delightful (if hard to pronounce) items like pollo alla Milanese, spaghetti Nero and ostrica all Veneziana. Whatever your palate, you can find something tasty and indulgent at Bacaro, possibly while sitting next to an Oscar winner or famous musician. What’s not to love about that?

THE STANTON SOCIAL

99 Stanton Street, New York, NY

The Lower East Side is proud to feature this intimate and impressive restaurant, known to attract stars like Robert Pattinson and Russell Brand. Their cocktail menu is extensive, featuring handcrafted drinks like the Strawberry Fields, which features Grey Goose Citron, lemon juice and a hint of Riesling. Their dinner menu is equally appetizing, with seafood dishes from their raw bar, and a mixture of classic American favorites, Italian standards and comfort foods on their entrée list.

MELBA’S

300 West 114th Street, New York, NY

By serving American comfort food at its finest, Melba’s in New York City has managed to become one of the hottest restaurants in town. Whether it’s the pulled pork, mashed potatoes, short ribs, macaroni and cheese or some combination, you certainly won’t leave Melba’s hungry or unsatisfied. And bona-fide stars like Ashton Kutcher seem to agree, as he has been spotted chowing down at Melba’s in the past.

THE SEA FIRE GRILL

148 East 58th Street, New York, NY

If seafood is more your culinary bag, the Sea Fire Grill is the perfect New York restaurant for you. Stars like Emma Roberts have been spotted enjoying some of the restaurants fare in the past, fare that includes standards like chilled lobster, littleneck clams, garlic prawns, and a huge list of fresh fish that changes daily. Whatever your seafood palate, you’ll find something delicious and satisfying at the Sea Fire Grill, and the environment isn’t too shabby, either.

Enjoy your celebrity-sighting moments this holiday season, whether it’s one of the amazing restaurants we’ve listed about or just out and about enjoying the city. Don’t forget to book car service with Executive Limousine for all of your Big Apple transportation needs.
