What is Executive Ground Transportation’s Service Area?
Executive serves all parts of Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island and all five boroughs of New York City.
Upon request, we can certainly provide transportation services to other areas. For more information on rates and accommodations outside of our specified service areas, simply call our Reservations Department at 888-245-3556.
What Vehicles Do You Have in Your Fleet?
Executive’s fleet of vehicles features luxury sedans, SUVs, traditional limousines in white and black, Lincoln Navigator limousines in white and black, SUV limousines, 12-passenger vans, Sprinter buses, party buses and mini buses.
What Are Your Rates?
Executive offers all-inclusive airport transportation rates, as well as hourly rates based on minimum time requirements and the vehicle you select. For more information on rates, as they vary according to vehicle and time frame, contact our Reservations Department at 888-245-3556.
How Far in Advance Should I Make a Reservation With Executive?
Executive Ground Transportation recommends making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. A 2-hour minimum notice is required for all services.
Will Your Chauffeurs Help Me With My Luggage?
Yes. Executive offers many different services with their ground transportation reservations, including baggage claim meets, curbside pickup, and on-site coordinators for large groups.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you’ve booked a standard sedan and you cancel less than 6 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time, you will be charged a 100 percent cancellation fee.
For SUVs and stretch limousines, Executive requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation notice requirements may be longer for other specialty vehicles in our fleet. Please call 888-245-3556 to speak with a Reservations Agent regarding more information on our cancellation policies.
What Credit Cards Do You Accept?
Executive accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.
Why Do You Need My Credit Card Information When Making My Reservation?
A valid credit card number is required to hold your reservation in our system. Your card will not be charged until the day before your trip. If you fail to cancel your reservation in time, the cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time you made your reservation.
Do I Need an Account to Make a Reservation?
Yes. You’ll need to create an account in order to make a reservation with Executive.
Are You Closed on Holidays?
No. As a premier provider of ground transportation services in New York, Executive Ground Transportation provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
