Bring the whole family and enjoy boathouses, boat tours, a cardboard kayak race, a variety of New York-area food vendors and plenty of children’s activities.

This is a free event for everyone in the area so come out, get some sun and enjoy New York’s versatile waters!

LINCOLN CENTER FESTIVAL

This summer, The Lincoln Center is offering a grand array of live entertainment for a variety of tastes and interests. From classical music from world-class orchestras to family events, puppetry, dance exhibitions, and live theater, there is something for everyone at the Lincoln Center Festival.

Beginning on July 6, you can enjoy shows like Danny Elfman’s Music from the Films of Tim Burton, The Cleveland Orchestra presenting the works Beethoven and Strauss or The Theatre of Nations presenting Miss Julie.

Whatever your tastes, you can find a show or concert that will suit them with the Lincoln Center Festival this summer.

This nine-day festival offers plenty of opportunity for jazz lovers and casual listeners to experience some of the best jazz in the New York area.

Enjoy “Bill and Dick’s All-Star Jazz Party,” “Duke Ellington: Drop Me Off in Harlem,” and “Swing: A Song of Sinatra.” Each of these presentations will features some of the best jazz musicians playing both original scores and songs and covering some of the best jazz music ever created.
