Should a limo company provide car seats? Is that something every limo company should be make available? Is that a part of you equation when reserving your car ?
Many limo companies would offer a stern, “no” they do not.
New York State Law requires all children to be in a car seat up until a certain age. But unfortunately for some reason it does not require a child to be in a car seat when traveling in a livery car, taxi or limousine.
We at Executive Limousine of Bellmore do not agree with that loop hole in the law. That is not how we operate! So we offer a cost effective solution.
How cost effective you ask?
$1.00 yes just $1.00 a car seat!
Each of our cars comes equipped with the proper safety restraints so parents can feel free to bring their own child safety seat if they wish. If however the parent would like the car to come equipped with a safety seat, the only thing that’s required is notification of the reservation agent prior to the date of the transportation.
Child safety is very important. A growing consensus has emerged in answer to the question should a limo company provide car seats; more and more the people are responding with a resounding, “Yes.”
